Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Outright markets — including tournament winner, series winner, and top run-scorer markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC competitions — are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. jdbbet will use reasonable endeavours to settle markets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event. Settlement timelines may be extended in the event of protests, appeals, or delayed official confirmation.
jdbbet reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned and not rescheduled within 72 hours; the odds at which the bet was accepted were materially incorrect due to a technical error or manifest error; credible evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or event manipulation exists; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's account balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure affecting the acceptance or settlement of a bet, jdbbet reserves the right to declare the affected bets void and return all stakes. jdbbet's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of stakes only, and no consequential losses will be compensated.
